Shipping Policy (Business)

MR.DIY BUSINESS SHIPPING POLICY

  1. MR. DIY Business can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  2. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment.
  3. At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the products by providing your signature to the delivery courier.
  4. By signing, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the parcel and have ensured that the seal is not damaged.
  5. Should the seal be broken; please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to sign for the parcel.
  6. If you are not at home/office to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the courier website to track the status of your shipment.
  7. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.
  8. We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not provide any special packaging at this moment.
  9. We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.
  10. If your order is more than 80 KG, please ensure your delivery address allows 3 or 5 tan lorry to enter your premise area.

 

SHIPPING CHARGE

  1. There are possibilities that the courier delivers during weekends, rest assured that they will contact you in advance.
  2. We strive to deliver your parcels within the shortest time possible. However, the delivery may take a little longer during the peak and festive seasons such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc. Therefore, it is recommended to place the order 2 weeks prior to the event date.
  3. Your order will be processed as soon as we have confirmed receipt of full payment and all order details.
  4. The shipping charges are calculated based on the chargeable volumetric weight or actual weight, whichever greater. Refer to the shipping rate table below:

    • a) Based on the table above, there are no weight restrictions that apply to an individual order.
    • b) However, each parcel is subject to a 30KG weight limit.
    • c) Therefore, please be informed that any order that has weight more than 30 KG, it will be split into smaller parcels (30KG each).
    • d) The shipping fee for the additional KGs will be calculated in accordance with the above table.
    • e) Please contact our customer service if you have any further queries about the shipping fee.
  5. Get free shipping when you spend a minimum of RM150 with parcel volumetric weight limited to 20KG per order.
  6. The management may at any time in its sole discretion change the rules set forth above.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY LEAD TIME

  1. Confirmed orders will be ship out within 3-5 working days if the order placed before 12.00 PM, Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holiday.
  2. Aside from Public Holiday, orders placed on Friday after 12.00 PM and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and shipped within 3-5 working days.
  3. Delivery expected time of arrival (ETA) within 4-6 working days (WM) / within 5-8 working days (EM) from the purchased date.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

    1. Please locate your tracking number (example: MRDIY18000000000) in the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your registered user account.
    2. Alternatively, you can click here to check your parcel delivery status via our MR.DIY delivery tracking website page. You may then enter your tracking number into our tracking field (the white colour empty field that is under these words - Track your MR DIY parcel) to view the status of your order delivery.
    3. Please take note that tracking numbers may take a few hours to be reflected in our tracking system after you have received the delivery confirmation email.

 

If there is an unfortunate event of a delay, it will be reflected in our MR.DIY tracking website. In the event that you have not received delivery updates within a week after receiving the confirmation email, please contact our customer service here or email us (ecom_helpdesk@mrdiy2u.com) for further assistance.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Your order will be processed as soon as we have confirmed receipt of full payment and all order details.
  2. Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse to you through the appointed courier service that provides the safest shipping to reach you. We send orders to Malaysia and Singapore addresses, except P.O. Box addresses.
  3. We offer a standard delivery service for both local and international shipments, and customers do not have the option to select a different delivery company.
  4. We will deliver to the addresses specified in the shipping information you provided during your purchase. Please make sure to furnish accurate address details and a reachable phone number when finalizing your order.
  5. We will not assume responsibility for any losses or damages that may occur if an inaccurate shipping address or an unattainable phone number is provided.
  6. Customers are required to monitor the status of their parcel after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
  7. There is a possibility that the courier delivers on weekends; rest assured that they will contact you in advance.
  8. If the parcel can't be delivered after two attempts, your order will be canceled, and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
  9. There is strictly no refund for shipping fees.
  10. At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the products by providing your signature to the delivery courier.
  11. By signing, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the parcel and have ensured that the seal is not damaged. Should the seal be broken, please check the contents of the parcel, and you may refuse to sign for the parcel.

Local and International Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframe:

Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days.
Sabah & Sarawak: 5-8 working days.
Remote area: Additional 2-3 working days.
Singapore: 3-5 working days.

During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead times due to urges in online order volumes.

The estimated duration mentioned above encompasses the time needed to handle your order internally and the shipping time provided by the courier.

  1. In general, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
  2. During peak seasons and festive periods, delivery may take longer. We advise you to place your order at least 2 weeks in advance before festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc. to avoid any late shipments.
  3. If your order is more than 80 KG for local delivery, please ensure your delivery address allows a 3 or 5-ton truck to enter your premises.

International Orders

Currently, we offer delivery services exclusively to Singapore.

 

Currencies:

  1. All prices displayed on our website, in the shopping cart, and during checkout are denominated in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
  2. Your payment to us will be in MYR.
  3. Do note that most banks and credit card issuers impose transactional and currency exchange fees for international purchases made in foreign currencies. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Goods and Service Tax:

  1. All prices displayed on our website include Malaysia's Sales and Service Tax (SST), which is a tax imposed on domestic consumption.
  2. If you choose to export any of our products, it's entirely your decision. In any case, please note that SST will not be zero-rated.
  3. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Free Shipping

  1. Enjoy free delivery in Peninsular Malaysia for orders above RM150 per order. This applies to Standard Delivery with a maximum parcel weight of 20kg.

Order Tracking

  1. Upon confirming your order, an invoice email will promptly follow to acknowledge its receipt.
  2. Once your parcel is prepared for shipping, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation email containing a designated tracking code.
  3. Easily monitor the progress of your order (accessible here) by entering the tracking code in the provided search field.
  4. Please note that there might be a slight delay of a few hours before the tracking code becomes active within the system after you've received the Delivery Confirmation email.
