Step 2: Click and request for an exchange/refund in our Return Management Service via MRDIY Mobile Application or in to your MRDIY account at our website.

Step 3: Submit a image of the item that you wish to exchange/refund and choose the reason why do you wish to exchange/refund your order.

Step 4: Upon your request submission, our team will review on your request and get back to you within 2 working days. If your request is approved, we will send you an [Approval Email].

Step 5: Upon receiving the [Approval Email] along with the item you wish to exchange, you may walk into any of our MR.DIY outlet store to perform on an exchange.

If you wish to refund instead, upon receiving the [Approval Email] you will be guided by our customer service team on the online refund process.
