BELI, PUSING DAN MENANG

TERMS & CONDITIONS


By taking part in this Contest, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below and decisions of the Organizer without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the Organizer shall be final and conclusive.


ORGANIZER

  1. This Contest is organized by MR. D.I.Y. ECommerce (M) Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”)
  2. Beli, Pusing Dan Menang (“the Contest”) will run from 12:00:00 PM on 6th June 2023 to 10:00:00 PM on 18th June 2023 (“Contest Period’). All entries received after the Contest Period will not be entertained. The Organizer reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary, postpone, reschedule and/or extend the Contest Period and/or cancel/terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.


ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

  1. This Contest is open to all Malaysia Citizens Customers who are 18 years of age and above are eligible to participate in the contest.
  2. Shareholders, directors, officers, employees of the Organizer including their associated/affiliated companies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and/or representatives, employees and/or servants of any agencies of the Organizer and immediate families are not eligible to participate.


HOW TO TAKE PART

  1. Redeem one (1) spin per purchase order  at the Beli, Pusing Dan Menang Lucky Wheel when you shop online at www.mrdiy.com.my with any purchase on the same day, by presenting eligible receipt(s).
  2. Only receipt(s) which are dated on the same day shall be eligible for the Redemption Programme.
  3. Each customer is limited to a maximum of One (1) spin per visit. One order is equal to one chance. There is no limit on the number of entries which can be submitted by participants to the Contest. Prizes are available on a first-come first-serve basis and while stocks last.
  4. All participants, to be eligible to enter the Game, must ensure to show the order invoice to the Promoter and personal details are correct.
  5. Redeemable from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the MR.DIY Mid Valley. 


SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

  1. Only original e-receipts from the customer’s account with the merchants’ name clearly visible will be accepted. All other receipts, such as credit card transaction receipts, hand written, accumulated, goods return receipts, duplicate or reprint receipt(s) and deposit receipts etc., will not be accepted.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any receipt(s) that are incomplete, illegible or not original, or which do not satisfactorily show proof of purchase.
  3. Late and invalid entries will not be eligible. No appeals will be entertained.


CONTEST DURATION

  1. Purchase receipt date: On the same day
  2. Event period: 6th June - 18th June 2023
  3. Redemption: On the same day


The Organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Contest at any time prior to the expiry of the Contest Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.


HOW TO WIN

  1. Participants will win the prize corresponding to the prize stated on that segment on the Wheel.
  2. The decision of MR. D.I.Y. regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.


PRIZE

  1. The prizes for this contest are:
    a)  First Prize: LIVEUP Sports Yoga Set Starter Kit (4 PCS) LS3240 (4 units available)

  2. Unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions herein, no substitution or replacement of, or modification to the Prizes requested by the Winner will be permitted.
  3. Prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is unused is forfeited.
  4. The size, color, and model of the Prize is subject to availability. Images as part of marketing materials are for reference only. Actual specifications and actual accessories of the Prize may vary from the visual.
  5. In the event, if the participants spin and receive a fully redeemed prize segment, they shall receive the  tier of Prize which is lower to the current tier  as replacement. No other chance is required.
  6. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prize offered in this Contest with a similar valued price with the prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.


ADDITIONAL COST

  1. All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Winner in relation to the Contest and/or to claim the Prize, which shall include but not limited to the costs for transportation, accommodation, meals, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.


GENERAL TERMS

  1. By participating in this Contest, the Customers agree to release the Organizer, employees, directors, officers, agents, affiliates, parent and subsidiaries from any liability, losses, damages rights, injuries and any kind of claims in connection with the Contest and actions resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, or any Prize-related activities taking into account, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage and any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
  2. Participation in the Contest constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to the acceptance of all terms and conditions including any revisions/amendments/decisions made by the Organizer at their absolute discretion without any prior notice.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Organizer offers no warranty or representation whatsoever, express, implied or statutory, in relation to the Contest, the Prize including, but without limitation, the merchantable quality and fitness for purposes in respect of the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer is the sole party responsible for the Prize, organizing, and implementation of the Contest. Any queries relating to the Contest should be made directly to the Organizer.
  4. The Organizer shall be entitled to amend, vary, delete or add to any of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the Prize offered in this Contest with a similar valued prize and/or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Customers as a result of the above. The Customers are advised to periodically check for updates of this Contest’s Terms and Conditions at the Organizer.
  5. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet and/or other technical issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  6. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
  7. The Organizer retains the right to forfeit the selected winners if any breach of the Terms and Conditions is found. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify counterfeit entries or entries suspected of being counterfeit at any time.
  8. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel this contest at any stage, if deemed necessary, and/or if any circumstance beyond its control arises.
  9. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or award the prize(s) to the winner(s) and companion(s) is/are found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs of any kind, behave(s) in an offensive, uncontrollable, disorderly manner that may tarnish the name or the products/services of the Organizer in the Contest.
  10. The Organizer will not be liable for taxes, if any, on the prize(s) and will be the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
  11. All photos, texts, and any other content or information submitted by entrants to the Organizer, shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Organizer, and the Organizer shall have no obligation to preserve, return, or otherwise make available to the entrants or others any materials. the Organizer may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created—throughout the world and for any purpose—without compensation to owner, producer, and entrants of any kind.
  12. The Organizer’s decision is final. Complaints and inquiries will not be entertained.
  13. All decisions made in relation to the Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding.
  14. In the event of a conflict in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and any translation of it in any language, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  15. The terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of Malaysia and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.


PRIVACY NOTICE

By participating in the Contest, the Customers give their consent to and authorize the Organizer to collect, store, use, process their names, and other particulars (“Personal Data”) for the purpose of running the Contest, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of the Customers at the Organizer’ website and social media for advertising, publicity purposes and in any manner it deems fit with no compensation.
