1. MR. D.I.Y. E-COMMERCE (M) SDN BHD will only send online orders to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak address. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address or any international address.
2. All delivery for standard, express and Click & Collect are only applicable for orders below 30kg (weight or volumetric, whichever greater). Please place a separate order if your total cart exceeded this limit.
3. Your paid orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working day(s). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm and over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.
4. MR. D.I.Y. E-COMMERCE (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
1. In Standard Delivery, our logistic partner with their best effort will deliver your parcel within 2 to 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 8 working days for Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery to remote areas may require additional of 2 to 3 working days.
2. During peak season / festive periods, delivery may take longer time. We advise you to place order at least 2 weeks in advance before festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc to avoid any late shipment.
3. At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the parcel by providing your signature/confirmation to our logistic partner as a proof of delivery. If the packaging is tempered, please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to accept the parcel if the content is damaged.
4. If the parcel was unable to be delivered to you after 2 attempts, or if you did not pick up the parcel at a nearby location as instructed to the logistic partner, the order will be forfeited and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

2. Applicable for Standard Delivery option and maximum parcel weight of 10kg.
CLICK & COLLECT
1. You can now purchase online and get the items delivered to your nearest MR.DIY store.
2. With minimum spend of RM30, you can enjoy FREE DELIVERY up to 30kg with Click & Collect service. More economical than standard delivery, this is perfect for budget conscious consumers who are also looking to buy more or in bulk.
3. Currently available at selected 85 MR. DIY stores in Peninsular Malaysia (click here to see the store list), located conveniently in the major cities within your reach. The delivery lead time to the selected MR. DIY store is within 5 to 10 working days.
4. Once the parcel arrived at the store, you will be notified via email for collection. You are required to bring along the notification email for verification. Both softcopy and printed copy are acceptable. Any representatives can collect the parcel, as long as they are able to present the notification email to the MR.DIY store staff.
5. The parcel must be collected within 7 calendar days after it has arrived at the store. Thereafter, the order will be forfeited and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Note: There will be NO Express Delivery option for any order volumetric weight more than 2500 mm3 & 30KG

SALES / PROMOTION PERIOD
During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead times due to urges in online order volumes.
It is advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance of festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
1. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an Invoice email to confirm we have received your order.
2. You will be given a tracking code in a Delivery Confirmation email when the parcel is ready to be shipped.
3. Track your order (here) by simply fill-in the tracking code in the search section.
4. Tracking code may appear few hours to be reflected in the tracking system after you have received the Delivery Confirmation email.
5. In the event that you have not received delivery updates within a week after receiving the confirmation email, please contact our customer service via email (email@example.com) for further assistance.
